How does the 14-day sleep trial work?

Although we do everything we can to help you choose the right mattress, you may still find that you are not satisfied with it. That is why everyone can try sleeping on a mattress purchased from us for 14 days. We do ask you to take the following into account.

Are there any return costs?

If you are not satisfied with the mattress and return it, we charge 15% of the purchase price. We do this because the mattress must be transported from our warehouse to the shop or to your home and then returned, and because we must repackage it afterwards.

Although the mattress was not right for you, someone else may still want it. This allows us to offer it for sale in our outlet section.

How should I handle the mattress during the sleep trial?

We would prefer you to leave the plastic packaging around the mattress. However, we understand if this prevents you from sleeping comfortably; some customers do not mind it.

If you remove the packaging, please keep the original packaging. We also ask you to protect the mattress so that it does not become dirty. The best way to do this is to use a mattress protector.

When does the sleep trial begin?

It begins on the day we deliver the mattress to you. From that day, you may try it for 14 days.

Can I return a product?

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Bedworld with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Where can I submit a complaint?

You are very important to us as a customer. At Bedworld, the customer truly comes first. If you nevertheless have a complaint, please contact us and we will work with you to find a possible solution.
