Cold Foam

Cold foam has high resilience and an open cell structure, which allows the material to breathe very well and wick away moisture. The material is resilient and offers high comfort and a long lifespan.

What is a care mattress / incontinence mattress:

An incontinence mattress is a waterproof mattress that prevents moisture from penetrating the interior. The mattress is covered by a waterproof mattress protector instead of a standard ticking; this protects the mattress against urine, perspiration, and other moisture. The waterproof mattress protector is equipped with a zipper so it can be removed and washed if necessary. Moisture cannot penetrate the mattress because of the mattress protector. Any moisture on the mattress can be easily wiped away with a cloth.

Breathable

While liquid cannot penetrate the waterproof mattress protector, the mattress cover is breathable. This is because the waterproof mattress protector is made of a material featuring micro-pores, allowing air to circulate in and out of the mattress.

Dust mite resistant

After some time, a regular mattress is often home to more than a million dust mites. These dust mites cannot get through the pores of the waterproof mattress protector. Therefore, a care mattress remains free of dust mites.
